  • Due to the nature of digital products and services (e.g., design, branding, development),Ā refunds are generally not issuedĀ once a project has started or been delivered.

2. Eligible Situations for Refund/Exchange:

  • We may consider refunds or service revision only if:
      • The delivered service does not match the agreed specifications.

      • Major technical issues prevent the delivery of the service.

      • The request is made withinĀ 3 business daysĀ of service delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Delay caused by lack of client communication or incomplete briefs.

  • Change of mind after work has begun.

  • Full completion and approval of the final delivery.
